I recently received a great gift of some beautiful vintage birch plywood from my wife’s grandfather.  So to test the wood, I cut a smaller version of my elephant puzzle just for fun.  It turned out being so cute that I decided to make two of them so I could try doing a small giveaway.  So here it is.  If you want to be entered to “win” this puzzle then simply leave a comment on this post.  On Wednesday morning (October 20) I will randomly pick the winner from all those who have left a comment.  I will ship world-wide so anyone can enter if they’d like!

The puzzle is about 3.5 by 5.5 inches, and finished with food grade beeswax.

UPDATE: The contest is over. See results on the following post!

O my gosh, i don't know who wants this more; me or my daughters. And i love the fact that your give-away is worldwide, being form Holland i come across lots of give-aways for US-residents only. So, thanks for that and who knows, may be we can thank you again, soon, when you tell us we won ;-D

(Besides that, we love your blog and your work, give-away or not, i really love your freebies, no matter what!)

I've already tried to make some of the toys you've posted about. And you inspire me a lot even for my classes, I've thinking a while of using your paper city to teach directions to Spanish students learning English… hoping it'll be a bit funnier this way. And ohhh, I'd love to get your elephant puzzle for my kids… Crossing fingers

Beautiful! I found this blog when a friend posted a photo of your elephant puzzle several months ago. I clicked around a bit and *bam* I was hooked! Someday, maybe I'll let my own creative juices flow and make some of your awesome toys – but for now, I'd settle for winning this charming puzzle for my 3 mo. old baby Liahona.
