Match Game – Scary Cats

Last October my son was 2 1/2 years old and loved asking me to draw “scary cats.” See below. (I tried to make them as friendly as possible while still satisfying his requests for more claws and teeth.)  So this year I thought it would be fun to use the drawings for another match game. Just draw a line to match the silhouettes to the correct figure.  They really loved this one, and finding the correct cat was sometimes tricky!  There’s a download below if you want to try it out too.  Happy October!

Perfect for a wait in the doctor's surgery tomorrow. I am really enjoying your inspiring blog. We now have marbles all over our kitchen floor here in London! I have recently started a blog documenting everything I make for a year and just posted the cereal box run http://ayearabovetheshop.blogspot.com/2010/10/cereal-box-marble-run.html.

You might also like this post where we made a colony of ladybirds and beetles from conkers and took them out for the day:http://ayearabovetheshop.blogspot.com/2010/09/conker-beetles.html

Be amazing if you could take a look,
    Thanks for all the fun,
    Miriam

I printed up this cat matching game for my 28 month old. A very fun way to pass a few moments of cuddling time in bed. And you're right -- it was challenging, too! I love your site.

BTW -- I added a link to you from my site! Keep up the great work!
