Play! Design for Kids Calendar

I was asked to take part in the 2011 Play! Design for Kids calendar.  My copy just arrived from Hamburg yesterday!  It is a project initiated by EIGA and it’s filled with amazing contemporary children’s design – on the theme of play.  I’ve looked through it a dozen times already.  So many cool and inspiring ideas.  If you want to pick up a copy for yourself it is available here on Amazon and also at NBVD Publishing House.

    Thanks!

Yes, the embossed cover is sweet. The paper and printing inside is top notch too. A very cool project for sure!

Well done! I think I'm going to have to get this - everyone's talking about it in blogland. Nice to see Robert Czajka's work included, I will be selling quite a bit of his work in my little shop soon ...

I have just recently discovered your wonderful blog. Coincidentally, I downloaded and made your paper city yesterday with my children. We had lots of fun playing with it and it inspired me to make a castle along the same lines.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your book when it comes out.

Great calendar! This is probably a silly question, but can I purchase it in English?

allisonluth34 - All of the calendars are printed in German with English right next to it - so it's both! Very handy!

Hi Kim. Thanks! Unfortunately this is last years calendar, so it won't be on amazon. They might make a new one this year though, with other artists and designers.
